First of all, I'd like to applaud you for seeking out therapy as you journey through what you are going through. In all situations, we have the choice to stay stuck where we are or we can choose to step forward into hope and healing!

The thought of entering therapy can be a very scary proposition. However, it can also be one of the most important things you ever do. Whatever road you are looking down, I want to encourage you to not give up! Don't give up! Take that first step forward to hope and healing! Your journey certainly lies before you. DON'T GIVE UP! Face it head on and find all the footprints that have been planned out for you! Step forward!

Therapy is like working with a guide. You choose the direction in which you want to walk; I can help you find your way.
It would be a true honor and privilege to share your journey toward hope and healing.

I don't believe that anyone gets married with the thought of going through a divorce. Unfortunately, divorce happens.  It can be like having open heart surgery with no anesthesia. It can be painful, paralyzing, and messy. I want to encourage you that you can Rebuild! Brick by brick, block by block, you can Rebuild a life full of strength and joy. Rebuilding isn't easy but is possible.
A narcissistic abuser engages in behavior that insults, threatens, rejects, neglects, blames, manipulates, isolates, degrades, punishes, humiliates, or exerts control over another. If you feel you have been, or are, the victim of this type of abuse, I encourage you to reach out for help. You are worth it!
When they say "Relationships are a lot of work" they aren't kidding, huh?
I love helping people navigate the waters of relationships and marriage.

I wish eating disorders were a "one size fits all" kind of an issue but, unfortunately, they are not. Each eating disorder  is just as unique and individual as the person struggling with it.
Anorexia, bulimia, binge are more than your struggle!

Do you think you or someone you care about have an eating disorder? I'm here to help.

Yes, your story may be hard and filled with hurt but the journey will be worth it in the end.
